About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Leader sets an example for the crew, follows all policies and procedures, and expects the same from team members. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including opening and closing the restaurant.
• A background check is required.
• Requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
