About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members work together to provide excellent customer service in a fun environment. The role may suit students or people seeking a second job or additional hours.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Comply with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
