About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers by phone and at the counter. Team members prepare pizzas using Domino’s techniques and product guidelines, contribute to great customer service, and help maintain a clean, organized facility. The position may suit students or people seeking a second job or additional hours. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work just a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Team player who is punctual.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide great customer service.
