About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and assisting customers while contributing to a fun, team-oriented environment. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and opportunities to develop customer-service and teamwork skills.

The role includes taking phone and counter orders, greeting customers, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, processing payments, and keeping equipment and the facility clean. Employees are expected to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s grooming standards.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable talking to strangers and interacting with customers.
• Must be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide great customer service.
