About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while preparing pizzas and serving customers. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, make pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The position emphasizes friendly service, pride in the work, and working together in a fun environment.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.

• Complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain an organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to serve customers.
