About The Position

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will showcase the company’s brands by building displays, managing inventory, and improving product placement in customer locations. The role involves daily merchandising in new and existing accounts, maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales and product-placement opportunities, and developing knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. The position requires reliable transportation to customer locations and responsible handling of beverage alcohol products. Pay is $20.00 per hour with overtime potential, a $200 monthly car allowance, a $300 monthly gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Must be 21 years or older to apply.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
Able to lift and carry 45–65 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
Stock and rotate shelves.
Build displays and manage point-of-sale materials.
Complete store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
Build rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities.
Share feedback with appropriate sales team members.
Identify brand and category opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold-box facings.
Communicate out-of-stock or new-item opportunities.
Develop knowledge of beer, wine, and/or spirits, including brands and customers.
Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and interact safely and responsibly with the public.
Perform other duties as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor.
