About The Position

The Merchandiser travels to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes in the Carmel and Westfield territories. The role ensures company products are properly stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated. The Merchandiser transports products between backroom and display floor using manual equipment, maintains organized backstock areas, and uses company-issued technology and systems to support routing, account monitoring, and documentation of merchandising execution. The position has a morning start and is scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Pay is $19 per hour, plus mileage and a car allowance. The position is overtime eligible and includes opportunities for growth after six months and an annual merit increase. Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum legal age requirements in the state.
• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and auto insurance meeting company and state minimum requirements.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull products weighing 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Requires 0 to 6 months or more of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets along assigned routes to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly.
• Transport products between backrooms and display floors using manual equipment such as a pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts in company systems and upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
