About The Position

The Merchandiser provides merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands at retail stores in Gilbert and the surrounding area. The role involves stocking and displaying products on shelves and in coolers at large accounts within an assigned territory. Merchandisers report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover other routes. They use their personal vehicle to travel between stores, but do not transport products, which are delivered to stores in advance. A company-issued phone with an app is provided for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Self-motivation and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and interact with people.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and spending most of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities
