About The Position

Frank Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser to provide in-store merchandising and stocking at customer accounts in the La Crosse area. The role includes stocking shelves, building displays, installing and maintaining point-of-sale materials, rotating stock, and ensuring products are presented for consumer purchase. The schedule consists of 10-hour days starting at 6:00 a.m.; availability to work weekends is required.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, personable, and approachable.
• Goal-oriented, focused, and assertive.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods and bend, twist, squat, and lift.
• Must be able to climb up and down ladders.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Preferred candidates reside within approximately 15–20 miles of the assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products at each account.
• Inventory and reorganize back stock; refill cold boxes, shelves, and displays; and dust products as needed.
• Build displays, fix shelving, and hang signage.
