About The Position
TVG-Medulla, LLC is hiring a Lead Chiropractor for Chiro One Wellness Centers in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The role is designed for a chiropractor who wants to focus on patient care, build clinical confidence, and work within a supportive team. The chiropractor evaluates patients, reviews X-rays, delivers adjustments, and develops care plans that evolve with patient progress. Chiropractic Assistants support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, and on-site imaging enables assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The chiropractor also collaborates with the team, tracks outcomes, and stays connected to patients’ progress. The position offers a base salary with performance-based bonuses tied to clinic outcomes and growth rather than individual adjustments. The clinic follows an evidence-based, full-patient-care model and provides clinical autonomy with operational and back-office support. Training, mentorship, continuing education, and leadership development are available, with a potential path to Clinic Director. No clinic purchase, franchise fee, or associated financial risk is required.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited university or college of chiropractic.
- Wisconsin chiropractic license or intent to obtain one.
- Ability to encourage accountability among team members and patients.
- Performance-driven and comfortable with goals and metrics.
- Strong ability to create, plan, and achieve goals.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
