About The Position

As a part-time Hallmark Merchandiser, you independently service Hallmark departments in retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You are responsible for the Hallmark product displays at assigned stores, maintaining inventory and product placement, and building professional relationships with store employees, management, and customers. The role uses a Hallmark-provided mobile device for merchandising tasks and communication, including reporting time, sharing feedback, and completing surveys. Work includes day-to-day restocking, organizing, and monitoring products; additional seasonal work around major holidays; and occasional team assignments involving fixture installations, department relocations, and section resets. The schedule varies during the work week and averages 5–10 hours per week. Availability around major holidays, including some weekends and, on occasion, the holiday itself, may be required. Remodel assignments are typically communicated two weeks in advance and may involve evenings or weekends. The job involves physically demanding work on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms, including frequent lifting and carrying.
