About The Position

The Merchandiser ensures Swire Coca-Cola products are stocked and rotated according to company standards at customer locations. The role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of availability throughout stores. Merchandisers develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers while representing Swire Coca-Cola. The schedule is four 10-hour days, with a 5:00 a.m. start; days off vary. The listed pay is $21.00.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle to travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; transporting company products is not required.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

Use technology and applications as required throughout the day.
Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with labels facing outward.
Rotate products using a first-in, first-out system to ensure product quality.
Build displays and promotional items in assigned stores by moving, stacking, and arranging items according to instructions and schedules set by the supervisor and store management.
Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
Prepare credited products unfit for sale for return within assigned stores daily.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
