About The Position

The Merchandiser ensures Swire Coca-Cola products at customer locations are stocked and rotated according to company standards. The role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and other points of availability throughout assigned stores. Merchandisers build and maintain internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.

The position follows core hours with a 5 a.m. start and four 10-hour workdays; days off vary. The role serves local routes and includes a pay rate of $21.00. Merchandisers use required technology and applications, perform daily stocking and product rotation, maintain safe and organized store areas, and build promotional displays. They may attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to stores on assigned routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; transporting company products is not required.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Use technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily using customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, with product labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using a first-in, first-out system to ensure product quality.
• Build displays and promotional items in assigned stores according to instructions and schedules set by the supervisor and store management.
• Maintain and organize back rooms and back-stock areas so they are safely accessible.
• Prepare credited products that are unfit for sale for return within assigned stores each day.
• Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
