About The Position

The Merchandiser ensures company products are available to grocery shoppers by keeping brands stocked and well-represented in assigned stores. The role involves merchandising and rotating products, building and maintaining displays, providing customer service and developing positive relationships with store personnel, and communicating effectively with co-workers. The schedule is 35–40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Grocery experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
• Access to a smartphone that can support company technology requirements.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate products.
• Build and maintain product displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel.
