About The Position

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. The role services customers professionally while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is labor-intensive and involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product. The Merchandiser ensures appropriate product levels and correct stocking, maintenance, display, and rotation in stores, serving customers safely, productively, and professionally.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum required insurance coverage.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English language ability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, and review code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
• Keep cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials current, clean, and presented according to brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Build, maintain, and optimize displays as needed to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate regularly with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
