About The Position

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. The role services customers professionally while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. It is labor-intensive and regularly involves lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising products. The Merchandiser maintains appropriate product levels and ensures products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly in stores. The role also supports sales execution and may collaborate with Account Sales Managers or customers on product availability, displays, and inventory needs. This is a permanent, full-time position with a base salary range of $16.15 to $24.23 per hour. Actual offers may vary based on work experience, and the range may change. Travel is listed as 0–10. Benefits may vary by employment nature or work location.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Reliable vehicle for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English language ability.

Nice To Haves

Merchandising experience is a plus.
Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired products for removal or exchange.
Ensure cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented according to brand standards.
Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
Support in-store execution, including building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
Collaborate as needed with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
