About The Position

Summit Beverage is hiring a Merchandiser to stock and maintain beverage products in assigned stores across Montana. The role serves as the face of the company’s brands in stores and includes traveling between accounts in a company vehicle or with mileage reimbursement. Full-time or part-time schedules and flexible start times are available. The Merchandiser stocks, rotates, and faces products; supports delivery teams on load days; creates and refreshes promotional displays; organizes back stock; removes outdated or damaged products; and completes a clean walkthrough at each assigned store. The work involves frequent standing and walking, lifting and moving products, time in cold coolers, and driving between accounts.

Requirements

Valid Montana driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly and up to 165 pounds occasionally when handling kegs, and to push or pull loaded carts.
Comfort working on your feet throughout the shift, including time in cold coolers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
Ability to meet the stated physical and sensory requirements, including seeing to read labels and drive, hearing to communicate and hear alarms, and frequent climbing, stooping, kneeling, lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, and hand dexterity.

Responsibilities

Stock, rotate, and face products in coolers, on shelves, racks, and displays in high-volume stores.
Assist delivery teams on load days in assigned stores.
Build and refresh promotional displays to store and company standards.
Organize back stock and move products from storage to the sales floor.
Pull outdated or damaged products and flag them for the Summit Sales Representative.
Visit assigned stores each day and finish each store with a clean walkthrough.
