About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. You will execute merchandising directives, implement visual strategies, maintain visual standards, and partner with store leadership and inventory staff to keep the styling floor and sale section current. • Retail visual merchandising experience, specifically in women's clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager/Director.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, maintain brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, with a focus on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
