About The Position

The Merchandiser supports, services, and maintains customer accounts for Johnson Brothers, a family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. The role includes stocking shelves and coolers, placing products strategically, building displays, and maintaining cold boxes. The position serves accounts on a regular schedule and supports in-store tastings. The work schedule must accommodate Saturdays, with one of two options: Tuesday through Saturday, or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, including a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a high-energy personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goals- and results-driven.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.
