About The Position
The Merchandiser supports, services, and maintains accounts for Johnson Brothers, a distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. The role involves stocking shelves and coolers, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and helping ensure products are strategically placed in stores. Merchandisers serve accounts on a regular schedule and support in-store tastings. The schedule must accommodate Saturdays and will follow one of two patterns: Tuesday through Saturday, or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record check.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional presentation and a high-energy personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goals- and results-driven.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
