Learn more about Early Careers at ADM . Job Summary: This position comprehensively introduces wheat flour milling by working closely with the Commercial Manager and other key staff. Key focus areas include production scheduling and logistics coordination for inbound grain, outbound products, and by-products. You will manage relationships with operational, sales, and quality teams while developing contacts with customers and suppliers. Under the guidance of the Commercial Manager, you’ll also learn to think strategically about growth opportunities, project management, profit and loss analysis, and go-to-market strategies. Additional responsibilities include supporting inventory management, month-end reconciliation, PR/PO processing, and other related tasks.
