About The Position

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring a full-time Merchandiser Grader in Sandy Springs. The Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill stores and online. The role supports Goodwill’s community mission by helping generate sales that fund job training and employment opportunities. The position requires processing goods to daily production goals, working across multiple areas, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Foster a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be at least 18 years old to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals aged 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
