About The Position

The Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role helps convert donated goods into job training for people facing barriers to employment. The position supports daily production goals by processing goods, working across multiple areas, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. Team members follow training materials and work instructions, communicate and cooperate with colleagues and management, and attend required training and meetings. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be at least 18 years old to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals aged 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.

Responsibilities
