About The Position

At Goodwill of North Georgia, the Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in stores and online. The role helps turn donations into job training for people facing barriers to employment. The position also supports daily production goals and contributes to a positive guest experience, effective teamwork, and safe, organized work areas.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Consistently foster a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals ages 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.

Responsibilities
