About The Position

The Grader examines and assesses donated goods for quality so items can be sold in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role supports Goodwill’s mission of turning donations into job training and employment opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. The Grader processes goods to meet production goals, works across multiple production areas, and contributes to a safe, organized, and cooperative team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Foster a healthy team culture and exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be at least 18 years old to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals ages 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
