About The Position

The Grader examines and grades donated goods to determine their quality for sale in Goodwill stores and online. Processing these goods supports job training for people facing barriers to employment. The role contributes to daily production goals by working across multiple areas, following work instructions and training materials, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. The position is part-time and is located in Tyrone.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals aged 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
