About The Position

The Merchandiser Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role helps generate job training opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. The position also supports daily production goals and store operations by working across multiple areas, communicating and cooperating with the team, following work instructions and safety practices, and maintaining an organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Foster a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
• Must be 18 or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; employees ages 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
