About The Position

The Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role helps turn donated items into job training for people facing barriers to employment. The Grader processes goods to meet daily production goals, supports multiple work areas as needed, and contributes to a safe, organized workplace and a cooperative team environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Consistently foster a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be 18 or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals aged 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods.
Process goods effectively to meet daily production goals.

Perform work tasks according to training playbooks, e-learning, and work instructions.
