About The Position

The Grader examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia stores and online. The role helps turn donated items into job training opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. It involves processing goods to meet daily production goals and moving among work areas as needed to support production. The Grader also contributes to a positive guest experience, effective teamwork, and a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Consistently foster a healthy team culture and exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be at least 18 years old to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals aged 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
