About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to maintain floral displays and inventory at various stores within an assigned territory. The merchandiser represents Falcon Farms in each store, works independently while collaborating with local teams, and uses a planned route and supplied tools to complete store visits. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at $16.00 per hour. Availability during peak season, November through May, is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder level.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for demand during peak dates, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and making inventory adjustments as necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
