About The Position

Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit assigned stores within a territory and create attractive floral displays. The merchandiser works independently while collaborating with store contacts and local teammates, using a planned route and company-provided tools. The role includes preparing stores for peak festive seasons and supporting department resets as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season from November to May.
• Frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulder height.
• Ability to walk and stand for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep flower displays immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with a supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and in a friendly manner with store employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for peak demand during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.
• Set up new displays and make inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
