About The Position

The Merchandise/Stockroom Associate delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store. The role follows operational, merchandising, and loss-prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The position is part-time, with a stated schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The starting pay range is $15.25 to $15.75 per hour; actual starting pay depends on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Model established customer-experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor accurately according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain and clean the entire store.
Give and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
