About The Position

The Merchandise Leader supports the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience. The role focuses on effective Floorset execution, marketing and merchandising updates, day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store guest ready. The Merchandise Leader trains and coaches the Floorset team, sets productivity goals, and helps ensure the team maintains brand standards. They also contribute to a positive, guest-focused team culture, maintain safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom, and follow shrink-reducing strategies and AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience and ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, coordinate plans with leadership, and take action.
• Help the team understand and maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Keep the guest experience the merchandising team's top priority and champion recognition and celebration of team wins.
• Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom.
• Support shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
