About The Position

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready. The role calls for strong attention to detail, a passion for visual standards, teamwork, and representing company values.

Requirements

• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.
• History of retail work.

Responsibilities

• Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, coordinate plans with leadership, and take action.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in helping the team maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Keep the guest experience the merchandising team's top priority and foster recognition and celebration of team accomplishments.
• Maintain store safety standards on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom.
• Follow shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
