About The Position

The Merchandise Coordinator maintains product integrity in RH’s systems and supports product setup and maintenance across all departments. The role coordinates imported-goods cost calculations, product photo samples, and information and materials shared among cross-functional teams. It also contributes to catalog proofing and helps ensure product packaging, signage, collateral, and PI sheets are prepared for new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1–2 years of work experience.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• A high degree of flexibility and initiative.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product integrity in the system.
• Set up and maintain SKU items for all departments.
• Enter Estimated Landing Calculator (ELC) calculations for all imported goods.
• Order photo samples and coordinate with Sourcing and Creative to communicate needs and track samples.
• Work with the Warehouse team to open and set up samples when needed.
• Serve as a conduit for information, materials, and samples to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in catalog proofing, including product names, copy, and dimensions.
• Initiate requests and follow up on packaging, signage, and collateral associated with each product.
• Compile PI sheets for all new products.
