Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive technician; experience with Mercedes Benz or other luxury automotive brands is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and brake systems.
Ability to use diagnostic and computer equipment effectively.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with customers and staff.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Communicate with customers and service advisors about necessary repairs and maintenance procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and regulatory policies.
Stay current with automotive technologies and Mercedes Benz service updates.
Document work performed in service records.
