About The Position

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient provides outpatient behavioral health services throughout Arkansas to children as young as 5, teens, and adults. Services are delivered in traditional clinic settings, with therapy also available in schools or homes. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, the organization brings more than 25 years of experience serving children and adolescents and applies that experience to its adult services. The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for the targeted client population. The therapist ensures high-quality, cost-effective care consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and applicable government regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.

Requirements

A master's degree or higher in a human services field from an accredited university; Social Work is preferred.
Current licensure as an LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of psychiatric treatment experience.
Experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

Provide behavioral health modalities to the targeted client population.
Develop specific treatment goals for clients.
Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care consistent with UHS mission, vision, and values and applicable regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
