About The Position

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient provides outpatient behavioral health services across Arkansas to children, teens, and adults, with patients as young as age 5. Services are offered in traditional clinic settings as well as through therapy sessions at schools or homes. As part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, the organization brings more than 25 years of experience caring for children and adolescents and also treats adults. The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist provides behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for the targeted client population. The therapist helps ensure high-quality, cost-effective care consistent with Universal Health Services’ mission, vision, and values and with applicable government regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of a master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university, preferably Social Work.
Current licensure: LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of psychiatric treatment experience.
Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Basic knowledge of educational, psychological, and social service systems as related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in accordance with organizational values and applicable regulations, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
