About The Position
Centurion is a provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections and is seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional at Northwest Florida Reception Center in Chipley, Florida. The position provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care. Services include intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Master's-level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Provide current tuberculosis documentation.
- Maintain active CPR certification.
- Pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Active Mental Health Professional license preferred; registered interns or new graduates eligible for a registered intern license are also considered.
