About The Position

Empower Community Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated professional to empower youth and families through strength-based behavior change intended to last beyond treatment. The position delivers Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to youth ages 12–17 and their families, working with family members, communities, and other members of the youth’s support system. The role addresses challenging behavior and the needs of juveniles with criminal offenses, including substance abuse in some cases, through intensive interventions such as skill building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support. Ongoing MST training, professional development, supervision, and consultation are provided. The professional must live within one hour of the designated service territory, provide therapy in family homes as a regular part of the position, and travel throughout the territory to meet families where needed. The schedule is flexible and non-traditional, including evenings and weekends as needed according to family availability. Clinicians share responsibility for ensuring clients can access support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as needed. The stated annual salary is $51,614 for LPC/LPCA.
