About The Position

The Mental Health Clinician will provide outpatient behavioral health services to patients in Rochester, Pennsylvania. The role includes mental health screenings, assessments, diagnoses, counseling, and ongoing support, with responsibility for an ongoing caseload. The typical workload is approximately five patients per day, supported by a full clinical team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Newly licensed clinicians are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with no nights, weekends, or call. There is potential to work remotely one to two days per week.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
Comfort conducting mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses.
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-centered healthcare environment.
