About The Position

The Mental Health Clinician provides outpatient behavioral health services in Clarion, Pennsylvania. The role includes conducting mental health screenings and assessments, making diagnoses, and providing counseling and ongoing support. The clinician manages an ongoing patient caseload, averaging approximately five patients per day, and develops meaningful patient relationships through individualized, patient-centered care. A full clinical support team and collaborative work environment are provided. Newly licensed clinicians are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no nights, weekends, or call. There is potential to work remotely one to two days per week.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
Comfort conducting mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses.
Ability and interest in providing counseling and ongoing behavioral health support.
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environment.
