About The Position

The Mental Health Clinician provides outpatient behavioral health services in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, including screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing counseling. The clinician manages an ongoing caseload and develops meaningful patient relationships through individualized, patient-centered care. The position averages approximately five patients per day and includes support from a full clinical team in a collaborative environment. Newly licensed clinicians are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no nights, weekends, or call. There is potential to work remotely one to two days per week. The base salary is $65,000–$80,000 or more annually, depending on experience, with annual quality and productivity bonus opportunities.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
Comfort conducting mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses.
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare environment.

Newly licensed clinicians are welcome; experienced clinicians are also encouraged to apply.
Experience is considered in determining compensation.
