Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing a wide range of behavioral health issues. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. The Youth & Adult Services Outpatient Services division offers mental health and behavioral interventions to children, adolescents, and their families, with services tailored to individual needs. The Mental Health Care Provider role focuses on clinical behavioral health services across various life domains, utilizing a client-centered, trauma-informed approach aligned with the clinician and recovery models. Services are delivered in virtual, office, or community-based settings and include a range of interventions such as sleep hygiene, mindfulness, emotional regulation, psychoeducation, referrals, cognitive coping, behavioral activation, communication skills, administering mental health measures, care coordination, crisis assessment and intervention, identifying strengths and values, group facilitation, and program orientation.
