Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Class E driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required

Responsibilities

• Provide for the physical and emotional needs of clients by: Providing meals and snacks, Assisting with personal care, Monitoring medication, Intervening in crisis situations
• Facilitate a healthy group living experience by: Creating a positive and supportive environment, Managing conflict, Enforcing house rules
• Participate as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team by: Attending treatment team meetings, Providing input on treatment plans, Implementing treatment plans
