About The Position

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a dedicated Men’s Health Club Supervisor for its Main Clubhouse in Atlanta. The role supports daily Health Club operations, maintains exceptional cleanliness and presentation across athletic facilities, supervises and develops staff, and provides members with an outstanding experience through excellent service and professionalism. The position is paid $23.75–$24.75 per hour.

Requirements

Male applicants only, identified in the posting as a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ).
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of supervisory experience in a private club or similar industry.
Knowledge of the private club industry.
CPR and AED certification.
Service-focused approach and enjoyment of helping others.
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
Pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related major.
Knowledge of or experience in the health and fitness industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise Men’s Health Club Attendants and Personal Trainers.
Maintain frequent contact with members throughout service hours.
Greet and acknowledge members and guests.
Learn members’ names and special preferences.
Ensure total member and guest satisfaction during their experience.
Know and perform the required role during emergencies.
Support daily Health Club operations and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout athletic facilities.
Supervise and develop staff.
