About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Memory Care Support Partner at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, Missouri. The position pays $18–$24 per hour and is scheduled Mondays and Sundays from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The role focuses on creating empathetic connections with residents, learning about their interests and abilities, and helping implement appropriate engagement strategies. The Support Partner prepares residents and shared spaces for daily activities and routines, partners with residents in daily life, documents care and changes in condition, and assists with orienting team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Have a positive and energetic attitude and a strong interest in residents.
Have computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including assisting persons after a fall.
Pass criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

Create empathetic human connections with residents, particularly during vulnerable moments.
Observe residents to learn their interests, abilities, and individual characteristics; collaborate on and implement appropriate engagement plans and strategies.
Prepare dining and activity areas, resident rooms, and other physical spaces for residents’ routines and activities.
Partner with residents in the facets of daily life, from waking to bedtime.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
