About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care Support Partner to join our team at Kentridge. This full-time position involves providing empathetic care and creating meaningful connections with residents in our memory care neighborhoods. The role requires an individual who can understand resident needs, implement engagement strategies, and manage the environment to enhance the resident experience. You will be a partner in all facets of daily life for our residents, from waking to sleep, and will be responsible for documenting resident care and assisting with team member orientation.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are.
Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience.
Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
