Care Partner 6am-6pm $19-24 (Full Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Kentridge. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The role requires a positive and energetic attitude, computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. You will also assist residents with mobility and ensure their safety and well-being.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Be present and share your talents.

- Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
