About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. This full-time position offers a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour and involves a unique shift schedule. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, and a proactive approach to assisting residents with their daily living activities. Requirements

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be present and reliable for team members and residents.
• Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Be curious, ask questions, and engage in development, growth, and training.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
